I live in New York and the condo I was buying was in Florida. I had placed an offer on a home while I was there and when I came home she was in constant contact with me the offer wasn't accepted, ultimately I was happy because she found me another condo. I returned to Florida a couple of weeks later and she spent the whole weekend with me searching again. I placed an offer on another condo which I loved, but another offer was accepted because I wanted it furnished and the sellers didn't want to give up the furniture. That deal ultimately fell thru and Izel was right on top of the whole situation and this time the buyers accepted my offer. She was there for inspections, walk-throughs-all things above and beyond her responsibilities. I wasn't able to go back again for closing so it was handled through the mail."
